In this seminar we looked at how the diverse artist’s role is in Panta Rei Dance Theatre (PRD) looks. With lectures and discussions, this was presented from the management’s point of view and with the practitioner’s perspective on how it is to work as a dancer in PRD.
At this seminar the participants got an insight into how Panta Rei Dance Theatre (PRD) organizes its projects and tours at home and abroad. In the theory section the methods that PRD uses was adressed, in addition tohow you can engage as much as possible during a tour or when working on own artistic projects.

Friday 25th May the fourth seminar in the series was held at Dansens Hus. The topics were motivation, self-management, change management and entrepreneurship. The day was a big success, and the topics created enthusiasm and dedication to the participants at the seminar.
Make Me Dance is a choreographed concert. Through movement, sound and text three dancers and one musician look at why they have become professional artists. Make Me Dance is a performance about the choices we make and the small, yet universal stories that shape us as human beings.
The seminar was held by the General Manager of Carn to Cove in England – Tim Smithies, together with leaders of the Panta Rei Dance Theater. They gave best-practice examples from international tours and the creative and performing dance artist’s role.
In 2017, Panta Rei Danseteater (PRD) was nominated for the Norwegian Audience Development National Public Prize for the TILT project. The seminar focused on the peculiarity of the TILT project and the methods that allow PRD to reach approximately 10,000 audiences in Norway each year.
The first seminar of TILT Grow 2018 took place at DansiT’s premises in Trondheim and focused on what is required by an executive and creative artist in contemporary Norway. The overall theme was: Does the overall artist exist?
