Seminar 4
Friday 25th May the fourth seminar in the series was held at Dansens Hus. The topics were motivation, self-management, change management and entrepreneurship. The day was a big success, and the topics created enthusiasm and dedication to the participants at the seminar.
The seminar was held by Donatella De Paoli, Ass. Prof. BI Norwegian Business School and director / artistic director at Panta Rei Dance Theater, Anne Holck Ekenes.
With lectures and conversations, we adressed the aspects that place less emphasis on artist education:
- What do I want to achieve as a creative / performing artist?*
- How do I lead myself in the upswing and decline?
- How do I handle working a lot alone?
- What drives me in my work as an artist?
