Tilt Grow Dancers 2026

2026 — PROJECTS

For 2026, the talent development program TILT Grow will be launched for the ninth time. The program is supported by Talent Norge and Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, and is implemented in collaboration with Dansens Hus.

Tilt Grow 2026 consists of six professional dancers. Participants in the program receive individual artistic development with leading choreographers, mentor support and a number of tailored seminars throughout the year. An important part of TILT Grow is also gaining in-depth knowledge of moving outside the stage. Participants gain experience through teaching, choreography, observation and project management. Read more about this year’s participants below.

Ingrid Schade

Ingrid Schade (b.1999) was raised in Drammen and educated at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in England, with a final bachelor’s year at Kristiania University College.

She has worked as a dancer in the company Valencia Dancing Forward in Spain, where she collaborated with choreographers such as Nacho Duato, Frank Fannar and Joan Crespo. In 2023/2024 she was part of NSP2 (Nagelhus Schia Productions), and participated as a dancer in Vildanden with the National Ballet, an international collaboration with Passoverdance and choreographer Hege Haagenrud, and Sasha Waltz’ IN C. In the fall of 2024 she was accepted into the talent program Frikar X.

Ingrid is driven by a curiosity for movement – how it can accommodate both power and vulnerability, how the body can tell, challenge and explore. She looks forward to entering new landscapes and letting ideas and processes develop in interaction with those around her.
