ART, SELF-MANAGEMENT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT

- how to lead oneself and how to cope with change as an artist?

Friday, September 11, at 09:30 – 16:00
Dansens Hus, Vulkan 1, Oslo and digitally via Zoom

Due to high demand, we choose for the third time to repeat the seminar on motivation, self-management, change management and entrepreneurship. With lectures and conversations, we want to address the aspects that are less emphasized in the artists’ educational process:

  • What results do I want to achieve as a creative / performing artist?
  • How do I lead myself in ups and downs?
  • How do I handle working a lot alone?
  • What drives me in my work as an artist?

The seminar is held by Donatella De Paoli, Ass. Prof. BI Norwegian Business School and director / artistic director of Panta Rei Dance Theater, Anne Holck Ekenes.

REGISTRATION

Due to Covid19, we will both be offered to participate live at Dansens Hus, and digitally via live stream.

The seminar requires registration and all participants must answer a compulsory home assignment by 3 September.

SEMINAR SERIES: In 2020, TILT Grow kicks off for the third time and aims to promote dance professional achievements, as well as make dance artists more viable in a field that is constantly changing. In this connection, a number of open seminars are arranged for all types of dance artists, where important topics are highlighted and current issues are put on the agenda.

TILT Grow is supported by Talent Norway and the Sparebankstiftelsen DNB.
