The mentors TILT Grow 2018

The purpose of TILT Grow is to promote dance performance, as well as making dance artists more viable in a field that is constantly changing. As part of this, the talents in the program get the guidance of a mentor with at least six guidance talks.

The mentors of TILT Grow 2018 are:

Henriette Hamli has her education from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (2004-2007), where she studied her Bachelor in jazz. Since then she has worked mainly with Panta Rei Dance Theater (from 2009) and the Oslo Dance Ensemble (from 2008). She has also worked in Copenhagen for two years at Østre Gasværket Teater. She was last seen in Jo Strømgren’s “Salve Regina” at Dansens Hus. Currently she works with Catherine Michelets “Boxism”, as well as tour with Subjazz “Kaboom”.

Jens Jeffry Trinidad has been dancing with PRD since 2014. Jens has his background in ‘Streetdance’, where he specializes in hiphop and house dance. Jens works both in commercial productions & TV and in the free performing arts field. He has long been a member of Cre8, and currently has the artistic responsibility for the crew. In 2014 he received the dance scholarship from Norske Dansekunstnere, and in 2015 he was the ambassador and choreographer for “Dance Days”. From 2015 – 2017, he received the scholarship for younger newly established dance artists from the Culture Council.

Jon Filip Fahlstrøm has his education from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. During his career he has been working on nysirkus, Zero Visibilty Corp .., Iceland Dance Company, Carte Blanche and Eastman | Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. In recent years he has been in productions by Mia Habib, Heidi Jessen and AROUNIDANCE. He has also been a choreography assistant in works by Eastman, Mia Habib, AROUNIDANCE and Hallgrim Hansegård. In recent years he has also been associated with Kortreist Dansefestival in Inderøy.

Matias Rønningen graduated from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts in 2009 and has since worked with many different choreographers and groups such as Sigurd Heide, Dansdesign, Kari Hoaas, Eivind Seljeseth, Heine Avdal / Yukiko Shinozaki, Suzie Davies / Mattias Ekholm, Helen Blackburn and Panta Rei Dance Theater . Since 2011 he has been associated with Ingun Bjørnsgaard Project Omega & The Deer (2011), The Solitary Shame Announced By a Piano (1997/2012), Praeambulum (2013) and Rotating Nora (2014). He received the State Art Prize for younger artists in 2013. In spring 2014 he visited the National Ballet in Alveberg on dreamed sea, and has been associated with the National Ballet as an independent dance artist since. He has performed prominent roles in pieces by William Forsythe, Jiri Kylian and Ingun Bjørnsgaard.
