In 2019, the talent program TILT Grow will be arranged for the second time. The talent program is supported by Talent Norway and the Savings Bank Foundation DNB. This year, Innlandet is in focus and we encourage dance artists with a connection to the region to apply.
The program will be an arena for raising competence where dance artists with an interest in both artistic work and projects that contribute to increased dance interest among the population in general are invited.

The project will consist of:
- be a dancer in a new production co-produced by Teater Innlandet and Panta Rei Dance Theater – participate in tour in the Innlandet region
- Follow a seminar series on the management of your own artistry that takes place both at Dansens Hus, Oslo and at Hamar Kulturhus.
- be responsible for some TILT projects in Innlandet that follow the tour – get guidance from a mentor throughout the project year 2019.

ABOUT TILT GROW
TILT Grow will promote outstanding performances in dance theatre and make participants more viable in a field that is still changing. Four to six professional dancers are to be chosen to participate in a one-year talent program each year –TILT Grow. The program will annually produce a work for and with the talents in the program. The performance will follow the rest of the TILT project on tour to host municipalities, cities, cultural centers and scenes where the project is carried out. Furthermore, the program must include a mentor scheme with a minimum of six meetings each year, as well as several meetings / seminars where the participants meet national and international artists and other relevant professionals who have succeeded in their subject. It is also a goal for the project to include an international tour.
