The company will visit India from 25th of October till 3rd of November 2006. We are travelling together with Dance- and Theatre Centrum and Rikskonsertene. The visit aims at giving focus to artistic collaborations between India and Norway.

The company will hold workshops for professional dance artists, tour the production Invisible Dances and Greener on the Other Side, visit performing arts institutions as well as focus on opportunities for dance film productions in both countries.

PRD will also perform in a production for the Norwegian Royal Family focusing on Indian and Norwegian music and performing arts.

Panta Rei Danseteater just finished the educational project Frie Fraspark 2006.

The project has been running since 2005 and will continue in 2007. 400 children and young adults participated this year. The participants collaborated with the company and produced three evening performances.

It was great to see the energy, enthusiasm and dance development in all the children.

In January 2007 there will be several other secondary schools from the same region participating in the project. They will collaborate with the dancers in Panta Rei Danseteater to create choreographies, perform and view professional dance theatre on stage.
