"SOLO" - Gdansk

On March 15. the company will perform “SOLO” at the Gdański Teatr Szekspirowski in Poland for our first international show of 2024. The performance will feature 9 professional dancers joined by 50 members of the local community for a walking performance through the stunning interior of the theatre.

“SOLO” features works from Russell Maliphant, Ina Christel Johannesen, Daniel Mariblanca, Daniel Proietto, Sita Ostheimer, Julie Drønen Ekornes, Harald Beharie and Anne Holck Ekenes with community work from Sindre Vik Eriksson and Pia Holden.

Joining us for the performance are six dancers from Tilt Grow 2023, Aurora Itland, Oliver Sale, Malika Berney, Torill Kolsrud, Sindre Eriksonn Vik and Ellinor Ødegård Staurbakk. Alongside them are three professionals from Poland, Artur Grabarczyk, Agata Wierzcholowska and Natalia Dinges.
The scenography for the performance will be created by Oslo’s own Guerrilla Plastic Movement featuring their signature designs and sculptures created from recycled plastic waste.

“SOLO” will run from March 15. until March 17. at the The Gdansk Shakespeare Theatre.
